Is there an additional fee for Telemedicine?

No. However, you will need to upgrade to a professional version for an additional fee per provider if you prefer HD Video, file transfers, and other features.

Is there an additional fee for SMS?

Yes. You will need to purchase a dedicated SMS number and credit for sending SMS to any country. 

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes. You can change the plan to custom pricing with additional features.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

No. Annual commitment required which is billed monthly or annually. You can cancel when your agreement expires.
